The premise of this song was that a girl falls in love with a robot (I think the robot was a stand in for a real person, but the video showed the love interest as a robot), but in the end decides she's better off without it and kills(?) it. I remember the English word "goodbye" being prominent in the chorus, and something about the girl not wanting to be class president in the fall but getting elected anyway in the first part of the song.
I believe the song is at least 5 years old, if that helps.
