A NIAO-compatible reclist for the Spanish language.
The basic list only allows for Spanish synthesis, but with the add-ons, it can be more flexible with other languages such as Japanese.
Basic Reclist: 194 samples
Basic + Extras reclist: 262 samples
It can also be used in UTAU as a CV reclist.

- "v" sounds same as "b" It is recommended to double the phonemes "ba, be, bi, bo, bu" and change the "b" to a "v," but DO NOT do this...
