You can use a source of noise removal such as with programs like audacity or DAW plugins designed to do so, use a noise removing resampler like fresamp, f2resamp, or hifisampler, or rerecord the voicebank in a lower noise environment.

To solve background noise, ultimately you'll want to re-record your bank.

In the meantime, try using some different resamplers, as some of them can filter out some of the noise.

You can also filter some of the noise out in the mixing stage of your cover(s), although it is difficult to get just right.
