Resolved Not getting reset password e-mail

Hey, this isn't my real acct. My real acct is HowlingWolf15 and I forgot the password to it. I've tried resetting it several times already, but I never receive an e-mail for it. I know I have my email set up for it because I still have the confirmation email. Is there anyway I can fix this?

I have heard that it could be a problem with hotmail and yahoo addresses, but I don't know much more about it.
