Open Utau Flag Questions

Hii! i have two questions for the flags in openutau

1: Is there any way to make a permanant flag?
I like to use the Moresampler growl flag (MG) but i need to add it to every project i make

2: I cant make a flag with the curve option??Ill provide screenshots, but for some reason when i make a flag with the numerical type, i can enter the flag name, but when i switch the setting to curve, it wont give me an option to enter the flag + wont save the flag if i enter it into a previous setting

Also i know im using the correct flag, because it will work once i switch it to the numerical type

Curve expressions are only supported by specific renderers. If you're using the classic renderer, flags can only be applied per phoneme, due to the way that the audio must be processed.
