Some time ago, i made a CVVC voicebank. i putted it in OpenUTAU and used the CVVC phonemizer and it didnt work. if anyone has a romanji CVVC phonemizer id be VERY happy. also note, i do NOT want to change the locale of my pc.
There's no need to change locale when using OpenUtau. You can use Japanese characters with unicode.
If you still need to use a romaji-aliased voicebank, set up a presamp.ini file and use the japanese presamp phonemizer.
Advisory When this doc was written, the presamp preset editor hadn’t been released yet. This can still help people who want to write a file from scratch, edit existing files, or understand the preset editor in more detail. We can’t guarantee your files will work perfectly.

You'll need to create a text file in the main voicebank folder with the name presamp.ini. You could copy one from an existing voicebank to use as a base. Then you can modify it according to your needs, and refer to the link I shared earlier to understand what each section of the configuration file does.
