OpenUTAU won't recognize my voicebanks on Mac

I have all my voicebanks on an external ssd and I select the correct path in the preferences tab in OpenUTAU. I click refresh and reopen it and it says "no singer". it works perfectly fine with the same version of openutau on windows and has no issues.. pls help :bigtears:

im kinda new to this forum so idk if its even possible to edit things but this issue was fixed! if anyone else has this same issue and wants the solution, I just reinstalled openutau
