Hello everyone, I'm back again with yet another n00by question. This time it is about what software is better for recording for a vcv bank. Please pose your option which is better.
OREMO, for the reasons Yue stated.
When you have 300+ files that don't need editing it is ALWAYS what I would suggest because damn, if it's anything, it's efficient.
REAPER is more of a mixing program.
I dislike Audacity but if you need to apply batch edits (hint; you shouldn't though) I would go with this.
I use Wavepad and Adobe Audition instead of these programs. Sure, there are more than 300 voice samples that are needed to be processed but it works with some patience. One of the features that Wavepad has is the ability to remove noise "perfectly" from the whole voice samples (as long as the voice samples are recorded at quieter place).
I mostly use REAPER for mixing. I rarely use Audacity except for cutting some unused blank area.
