I want to make my UTAUloid available for public download, so i was trying to get it out of C/Program Files/UTAU/Voice and into downloads so i could ZIP it and upload it to my google drive, but when i tested the voicebank in Downloads, there were some issues with the OTO.INI file. the overlap values were all messed up, but when i tried the one in UTAU/voice, it worked just fine.

As you can see, they are both different from each other. I believe the one in Downloads is an earlier version of the oto.ini. How do i fix this?
Also, I can't see my FRQ/LLSM files.
