Pitch Editor does not work propely.

This plugin is usually used by everyone but not by me because when I open it I don't get any notes, not that the notes are in an unreadable language but that they don't even appear in the plugin.

I can't pass evidence as I can't take a screenshot no matter how hard I try, my keyboard doesn't react when I press the buttons to take a screenshot.
