(probably dumb) TuneLab questions

So, I saw a few videos about TuneLab online, and thought it would be something to try. Maybe I would like tuning my utaus on that instead of inside OpenUtau idk

But I have a few questions first:

What is the link: this is probably a stupid question but I've seen a GitHub and another website that didn't look like GitHub so idk which one to download from since I get worried about viruses and stuff

Does it work with OpenUtau: I know there is an Utau plugin for TuneLab but I don't know if that's for the original utau or openutau

Would it be better to stick with OpenUtau and tune there or try out TuneLab: basically the only reason I wanna try TuneLab is I wanna see if it's better, such as using breaths (I seen this thing where you use "/h" or something) and the parameters. I also thought it was neat how it renders where you edit and not the whole project

Github is safe in this case! And its a separate program from OpenUtau & UTAU. the UTAU extension for tunelab just lets you use UTAU singers in tunelab, it doesn't integrate with either program.
