Problems With Matsudappoine VCV

Grr. I don't know if this is the correct place to be putting this, but I am quite annoyed. As I was prancing through the UTAU fandom, I found a BEAUTIFUL UTAU named Matsudappoine. Of course, I searched for a download link for her. I downloaded her VCV and then tried extracting, and then this:

So at that point, I didn't really care. So tried extracting it in 7-zip. Didn't work. And the WinRar. Didn't work. So, maybe I thought, "Maybe it's just a problem with Windows 8" So, I put it on a USB, and tried extracting it on my families computer, which is running Vista. And of course, it didn't work. I have been told that the error code has been associated with not having administrative properties... but I tried many things, to get past this. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I tried redownloading it maybe two or three times, and I have plenty of disk space :P

I've been trying to download her VCV forever, and every time I do it gives me more and more corrupt files, I've used Winzip and WinRar but neither worked, I only have this one computer (Windows Vista or something) so I can't try on another system, I have plenty of space on my computer and flashdrive (I've tried both but I keep all USTs and voices on my flashdrive) so it can't be I'm out of space
