Problems with saving projects and sounds

Hi I'm new to Utau
I watched many tutorials on how to install and use Utau.

The region, decimals and (ect) language are all successfully set as they should be. So I'm at a loss as to what else to do.

The main UTAU folder itself is in the Program Files (x86) folder, which as far as I know is protected, so a project shouldn't be saved there. Therefore, I created a folder in the documents where I could save it in. But as you can see on the screenshots that's what happens. I have another problem. Even if I saved the project in the protected UTAU folder within the Program Files (x86) folder by and accident, when I opened it again, it no longer played sound, no matter what I did. Even after multiple reinstallations.
Well the main problem is now that I can't even save projects as usual.

I'm really new here, and I hope that I was understandable (I used translator so sorry for English mistakes)

Utau doesn’t always like to be installed in the programs folder. Try uninstalling and reinstalling it in another location.
