random characters still appears even after changing my locale

as you can see the characters are totally random, but when i click on it it is a japanese character. I have changed my system locale region stuff to japanese. The voicebank files do show proper japanese characters. ive infact been tuning for a long time, just recently changed laptops and have some problems like this. oh and the file cannot load to when played. i feel like its only happening in the utau program

If this were Yotsuba channel I'd make an analogy but it's not appropiate here
You have to do all the preparation steps (link to my own site, it's light and fast and) before installing UTAU to ensure no bugs

thanks so much for the reply! i changed my computer settings after downloading the program so after reinstalling it it works just fine
