Skin not displaying correctly

When I view UtaForum on my apple devices(iPad, Macbook) it displays lumelya/Genosan's skin. When I use my PC however, it shows the old skin except for the tiling, which is new.

I'm using a DELL Inspiron laptop, Google chrome, and windows 7.

I had the same issue. It was fixed when i ran a program that clears cookies, cache ect. I think it might be the cookies, since I think something similar have happened before.
