you get a software called oremo*, record samples with a reclist*, then oto* it.

*OREMO: Recording software
*Reclist: Text files with samples needed for recording, usually in hiragana.
*Oto: configure. VCV and CVVC can be otoed with moresampler.

Moresampler also works with CV if you select the CVVC option.

You probably should edit the otos it gives you, though.
