strange demonic sounds in some vocals? D: (VCV)

i need help.. for some reason, 2 of my recordings went all derpy in UTAU and sound like demonic ducks or something D: 
i re-recorded them incase of static, but they were perectly fine, and i even tried to fix the prob by adjusting the oto.ini a bit, but that didn't do anything either... halp?

If you re-recorded but left the same frq file, it may be the reason.

Maybe even previously, the frq file rendered wrongly and gives you those sounds.

Delete the FRQ of that sample and make utau re-render the file. That may solve the problem. If not, tell us what happened.

This is going to sound weird, but do you know how you made the vocals sound demonic? I'm thinking of making my UTAU a ghost, and I think the demonic sounds would be a nice touch.
