Suzune Arika won't sing

I'm new to UTAU. I downloaded Suzune Arika's voicebank as I really loved her voice. Unfortunately, she won't sing.

In the past, I downloaded Kasane Teto's voicebank and it works just like it should. I downloaded Arika exactly the same way, and I can't figure out why her voice doesnt work.

I changed my windows locale to Japan, and I use hiragana/katakana just like it is in the files. The property seems to be fine, the avatar and the samples work. Does anyone have any idea what went wrong in the process and why the voicebank doesn't work?

Do you know what format the voicebank is (VCV, CVVC)?
In Classic UTAU, you'll need to write the lyrics in accordance with that format. In OpenUtau you can just change the track phonemizer from DEFAULT to Japanese Presamp.
