Tempo of suki daisuki's offvocal

I'm having Issues with finding the right tempo for this offvocal. The ust I'm using is the one that's adjusted for the original offvocal, which I can't seem to find anymore. I used a bpm analyser I had, and it gave me 130 as the tempo for the offvocal. Which sounds wrong, considering the ust's tempo is 259.5, and it can't keep upp with the offvocal. here's the offvocal I'm talking about https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QonkEpWYanI

Teto's Territory
The tempo is 130. The UST note lengths will be wrong if you change the tempo in the program, since the note values will be longer with a slower tempo. You might have to look for another UST for one.
