Yeah, VOCALOID is already dying because people are moving to Synthesizer V. Reason being, Synth V has Rap & Talk mode, VOCALOID doesn’t. Synth V made 2x the voicebanks in 1/4 the amount of time VOCALOID did. And, most importantly, all the VOCALOID voices are moving to Synthesizer V Studio 2, especially Omatachi Una and Megpoid and such.

Both companies are screwed in the end because their new voicebanks both have no soul, SV2 is trash, and Yamaha doesn’t have Crypton anymore.
