tn_finds resampler help?

Hey ^^;
I'm having trouble with getting tn_finds, the resampler, to work. I have the FFTW files installed and everything.
Though everytime I try to have an UTAU sing, they won't sing, or I can't hear anything.
Help please?  OTL

Where did you install them? And you might have to restart UTAU/your computer...

...I'm thinking that just because I downloaded tn_fnds, installed the files, found it didn't work, tried it again a month later, and found it did XD

Did you install LIBFFTW3-3.DLL 32bit version?
Even if your Windows is 64bit, tn_fnds needs 32bit-FFTW
