Troubleshooting: Yukkuri VB not properly installing to OpenUTAU

I downloaded this UTAU Voicebank based on the Touhou Yukkuri meme: https://utau.fandom.com/wiki/Yukkuri

It seems it was designed only for the original UTAU, however, I use OpenUTAU.

VB lacks information for OpenUTAU to recognize, including profile images.

Make sure there's a file named "character.txt".
The file should have "name=(voicebank name)" at the very minimum, and you can optionally add image, version, author, and website.
