Tunnelab help

I'm making a cover and just discovered that Tunelab exists, lol. The cover it's already done in vocaloid 5 and it has sooo many phonemes, and I wanted to know if there was a way to easily convert them to Tunelab?

Or am I left with just facing my destiny and writing them again one by one ?
