Hmm... To answer your last question, yes.
Second, I can make a UST for it if nobody comes forward(I have a fair amount of time on my hands) but don't expect it to sound like SkyIsland's UST mainly because of the engrish phonemes. I wouldn't use just a vsq if you are thinking about it, vsqs... Sometimes they have "-" in places, and in my experience they tend to make UTAUs sound more robotic...
