I'm currently in the middle of making a .UST for this, actually, but I can't tell you when it will be done. My schedule is not exactly a solid thing. OTL I'll make sure to contact you the very moment I finish, though. :'D

Awesome. I would make it but, UTAU-SYNTH usts cannot be read on PC. D:
Unless I make into MIDI.

This help might be a bit off topic, however...
Have you tried saving the UST as a 1.2? You won't be able to stack notes on top of each other, however it should still be readable by WinUTAU
