Utau cant read audio files

Idk why but my vcv cant sing, it doenst generate frequencies and says error, does utau only supports wav files to voicebanks? The same error also is happening with moresampler, everytime i use it it says that there was no files in my folder even thou there was 165 audios

You need mono 16bit wav files recorded at a 44.1kHz sample rate. If you use a tool like OREMO or RecStar it'll automatically export the audio files correctly.
