UTAU derived from Vocaloid Meiko

Judging from the voice and the title, this is obviously an UTAU with samples derived from MEIKO, and you can hear some resampler noise and a little slur from an imperfect oto.

I left a comment saying it was against the Vocaloid ToS to do this but they removed the comment.

I've seen people make voicebanks from celebrities and these are allowed because they haven't distributed the voicebank, but since this is a Vocaloid I'm certain this shouldn't be allowed (and it would be better for it to be taken down anyway to avoid flaming towards the user or more people thinking this is okay).
I don't think they're trying to pass this off as it's obviously MEIKO so the best course of action might be just to gently tell them to take the video down or something.

It isn't allowed. Making a voicebank from vocaloid samples is what gets users blacklisted and if crypton found out they might actually take legal action. But this isn't the first time this has happened.

You should probably talk to a mod on the forums, since they tend to handle UTAU problems like this.

I checked both links and they've both been removed by the user, so I guess it's settled then? I don't have a link to their user page so I can't check of there's any more videos like this though.
