UTAU plug-ins problem OTL [Kinda resolved]

Well, I downladed the last version of the UTAU Essential Kit, and tried to install Chiepomme's Hiragana->Katakana and Katakana->Hiragana converters (which are .uar plug-ins). They didn't work.
Then I noticed that my UTAU version was old e_e and updated it, so I was able to install them.
After that, I tried installing them once again, and the program said that both were installed.

But when I tried to replace the table.txt file as the readme said, I couldn't find any folder in the plugins folder except the sample one (script or whatever it's named like).

._. The plug-ins appear as they were installed, but they aren't actually anywhere ._. and obviously I can't use them.

I use Windows 7 OTL I can't find a solution anywhere OTL if someone has asked this before, I'm sorry for bothering you OTL and sorry for my bad English also OTL Thank you for reading.

Use the edited Mediafire link. It's a simple plugin, so install is just throwing it in the plugins folder. If the UST is hiragana it'll switch it to romaji, if it's in romaji it'll switch it to kana. Easy as pie!

Also, you probably want to go to Tools>Options. In the pop up window, switch from the editing subtab to the general one, and tick "Output the entry of the old format to plugin-script and UST file".
Now I don't know the exact effects of this to the T, but I do know it kicks older plugins that are no longer working into cooperating.
