UTAU slow..?

Okay so lately every UST I download is slower then what the original song is. I dont know if I'm just having very bad luck or if it's my computer or the voice banks I use(Probably not VB because I've tried different ones with the same UST). For all I know it could be the antivirus program I have. I have the same problem on both my laptop and computer
On my laptop I use Windows 7
And on computer I use Windows Vista.
What do I do? Sometimes it seems like when I put the vocals into a mixing program like Audacity or FL Studios DEMO it seems to slow down.
Some UST I've bad this problem with:

• Candy Addict Full Course - IrisFlower
• APATITE - UtauReizo
• Gocha Gocha Urusee - UTAUxyz
• Parapa-Rapa Chara-Charary - moonst4r and IrisFlower
• Hurting for a Very Hurtful Pain - UTAUxyz

And before you ask, I dont touch the tempo unless I see in the read me to.

What edition of UTAU are you using? Dunno if it will have anything to do with it, but I recall that many of the 4.0+ series has wierd bugs...

on laptop 4.17. On computer.... not sure :/

Maybe try downloading the 2.76 UTAU ZIP and running the UST through that older edition of UTAU? If that does nothing I'm really unsure what's wrong.

Oh, maybe, probably not, but have you been using the same resampler for every single test? maybe it's defective or something

for the zip I am still having the same problem *computer*

And for different resampler.... I've used the default for all but Hurting For a Very Hurtful pain. For that one I used TIPS.
