UTAU Voicebank installing error

Soooo i'm back, and I've recently installed the voicebank for Matsudappoiyo! I tried the classic drag and drop the zip file into UTAU but I got this error (see image)
I'm not entirely sure what it is or how I get rid of it, I don't get any errors with other voicebanks like Tei or Teto.
Anyone have any ideas?

Unzip the file like normal and move it to the "voice" folder in the folder where UTAU is installed.
