UTAU wont read MIDI files properly

I started trying out FL Studio to make the MIDIs before importing that into UTAU but the drawn notes in UTAU keep messing up and the envelopes are all stretched out like this. Why does this happen and how do I fix this?

It seems like you exported the MIDI incorrectly. Do not use the macro that converts all channels to MIDI Out. This is especially problematic if you use FL Studio for writing music, because you will lose all of your instruments.

You can export MIDI from a single pattern directly from the piano roll. This will preserve the state of your FL Studio project file, and allow you to export MIDIs for individual patterns at a time (such as for main melody and harmony, or for verses and choruses).

While I agree with what Kiyoteru said above, you can fix your current MIDI in UTAU by going all the way to the start of your project, as far left as you can go, right-clicking the tempo and deleting it, and then re-entering the tempo in the tempo box.
