VB replacements

When i change the vb of a specific ust, it sounds different compared to when i make the ust with that vb from the start. for ex= i made the ust with teto. then i change the vb to ritsu afterwards, it sounds bad. like its kinda muffled yk? but then if i make the ust with ritsu from the start, it doesn't sound muffled at all. this goes with every utau i have and not just the examples i gave.

the types of utau used is also the same, so theres no way the reason is because i forgot to put "-" at the start.

Did you fit the ust to the utau by doing stuff like resetting the preutterance/overlap/STP settings?

Check modulation settings if it also sounds off key. The voicebank you're currently using may be more sensitive to modulation than the other.

hmm i dont mess with those settings when tuning, its always a 0
