Voicebank is choppy in places

So Ryuu currently has issues with 'く' and 'し', or in romanji, 'ku' and 'shi' syllables. Here is his VB as I currently have it

I need someone to give me advice regarding his issues. I welcome any explanations, but let me be clear: I dont want someone to edit him for me, just help me understand whats wrong with him and how to fix it.

Don't mention the following:
That he is missing lots of double consonants, I'm working on him
That I made it both romanji and hiragana, I did it on purpose so I could use both types of USTs

I use UTAU synth so what you're trying to show me I have no idea what is what. What does the lack of a O mean under FRQ?

That's the point... I have no idea what is what either. :U The OTO is a jumbled mess, so the program can't use it. I don't really know much about utau-synth, but I downloaded the one that you labeled "windows version" and this is what came up.
