Voicebank not unzipping properly, "Data error"/"File is broken" What do?

I'm having trouble explaining in words what's happening so if you're confused by my wording just ask and I'll clarify as much as I can.
I've been trying to unzip Ron Keine's voicebanks for a while now, and every time I try I get a string of these messages (this one is from his act 2.1 vb)

"Data error" and "File is broken" kind of worry me. Ultimately when it all finishes the voicebank isn't there and doesn't even show up in Program Files/UTAU/voice so I have to do some weird stuff to go and delete it. So is this fixable? Is it something on my end or from whoever zipped it up? I've tried finding another source for the vb but the two that I've managed to find lead to this one and this is the version that isn't working, but will finding another download source even help really? Because it's the same exact voicebank just uploaded to another site (which actually probably isn't okay...). I'm not looking for any fancy aliased one or whatever just one that will unzip and work so I can finally use him. ;__; Thank you so much.

Which program did you use to try to open it? It was a long time ago so my memory's fuzzy, but I think something like this happened to me once and I had to either adjust the settings of the program or download another one that could unzip the file.

I'm using 7zip. I also just spoke to my brother about this and he's more tech savvy than I am, and he had also suggested downloading something else like winrar to try and unzip it there. I figure since there are other people who probably got it from the same source as me and are using him fine then there must be a way around this.

I don't think it's you. I tried to download Ron's voicebank(any of them) way back in june and no matter what I used(WinZip, WinRar, 7zip) I also got errors. I made a thread about it on the old forum, which no longer exists, but I think it was @stormylullaby who gave me a working download.
