What’s the best resampler to use if your making a Japanese voicebank sing in English?

I’m making a cover of an English song with a Defoko VCV port and I wanted to know what the best resampler would be for this! I’m using OpenUtau if that helps

There is none. Resamplers depend on the tone of the voice and quality of the utau, not the language you're using.
Defoko sounds good with almost every resampler, but I like how she sounds with resampler.exe. However, this resampler is as good with JP->EN as any other.
