When I use usts, My UTAU gets all static-y

Well, If I open a new file and play through her sounds, They're fine. But when using an UST, it's like the Oto is ignored and it's all static-y! D: :bigtears:
If someone could help, That'd be great. If you need a link to the utau i'll be glad to send it so you can look through it  :blink:  But Please help :sick:
