Where do I download Adachi Rei's UTAU voicebank?

There's a few different places I've seen to download it, and I'm not sure which one. Do I download it from mechanicalgirl.jp? I'm just afraid of getting a virus, or something like that, and I want to make sure I'm downloading from the right place before I do download it.

Mechanical Girl is the official site for her and her downloads, and it'd be very hard to put a virus in an utau voicebank.
She has three official download versions: zip format, uar format (basically auto installs into utau), and openutau ready. All three are the exact same voicebank with just different installations.
