No. Only restriction is that you need LAME to export MP3 and you need to pay to upgrade to the latest version (though this free version is great for a lot of things)

It should be noted that unlike Audacity, Tracktion will download and install LAME for you instead of making you go find it yourself. Or at least, it did for me. So yeah, no big deal there.
