I need help making my vcv utau

just as the title says i need help making an oto.ini ive already generated one and i have made .frq files and when i load my character into utau the sampl plays but the utu doesnt sing. I dont understand what im doing wrong and need help.

Are you using OpenUTAU or UTAU? Do you have the correct phonemizer selected (OpenUTAU- you need to use JP VCV phonemizer) or, if you're using Ameya's UTAU, do you have a VCV UST loaded?

Also, did you generate the oto in Moresampler or Setparam?

Im using Ameya's UTAU, yeah i had a vcv ust loaded and i tried to make an oto using both
