My actual UTAU refused to work with me now that my computer is causing more trouble for me so I have decided to adapt to OpenUTAU... and proceed to enjoy the EN to JP plugin because oh my god, I'm having too much fun with this I can finally lessen my workload on shifting EN to JP VCV manually.
