Help with naming my utau with japanese lettering

the name youve chosen would more commonly be written as 蜂 (hachi) and ダート (daato). hachi can still be written in katakana (ハチ) as a stylistic choice. in japanese, surnames are written first. if "dirt bee" is just one name with no distinctive last name,' ダート 蜂' is correct. if dirt is the first...

    Curious question.

running synthesizers is definitely possible since the 3ds uses C++. the slowness and small UI wouldnt make it worth it, though.

    Help with oremo

"sample" doesnt need to be recorded, i dont know why thats in the reclist. sample.wav is a file that people put in their voicebank folders of their utau singing a voice sample (like a solfege). its not necessary, and its made with the voicebank itself.

    OREMO error when pressing record

this is an input/output error. it usually means that something is faulty with your hardware, but it can also mean audio input/output--for oremo, im not sure which one its referring to.

    New voice synthesis user

you could make your own reclist by just splitting the consonants and vowels of any english phenome list. the pronunciation guide on this site has all the basic phenomes used in delta english, add or remove things as you prefer.

Program crashes as soon as I use my voicebank

the .frq file maps the frequency throughout your audio files. there are different file extensions for different resamplers (llsm, pmk, etc). the lack of those files wont cause any problems since they will be automatically generated for you when you use your utau. the lack of .frqs isnt the cause...

i need a voicebank with breath in and breath out, any suggestions?

sometimes you can fake a breath by putting in a vowel and setting the breath parameter to 100 + messing with the volume.

cant figure out how to make my voicebank make noise [help]

oh darn, did you change your computers locale before downloading everything, and do her aliases look like this? she tends to be finicky, so it might just be a problem with this particular voicebank. if you have this problem with her japanese vb or other english vbs it could be a different problem.

cant figure out how to make my voicebank make noise [help]

if youre on utau, are you naming the notes correctly (like, "-hV Vl loU oU-" instead of hello)? if youre on openutau, do you have the x-sampa phonemizer turned on? sidenote that i dont recommend english voicebanks to complete beginners unless theyre on openutau, especially teto
