I'm having difficulty in installing UTAU(v.4.18e). I can't seem to figure out if this is a locale issue or what. I uninstalled it because I wanted to see about changing the locale(I don't know if I did it properly, I do have Japanese language installed) because the default voicebank's .wav files keep on showing mojibake. I can't install it properly anymore, and I keep getting this error in the installation:
I don't really know what I'm doing wrong? I've installed it before, but now I can't install it again?
Edit: I have it installed again, but I'm still really confused about Uta's voicebank. Her .wav files are in mojibake, but her FRQ files are in hiragana?
