Open Could someone donate their USTs to me?

It turns out that the NIAONiao community has almost no .nn tuned in Japanese or other languages, and it's horrible. The point is, I'm looking for people who will let me use their USTs and redistribute them as .nn. I ONLY need the base of the UST (i.e., the sequence), then the tuning, mixing, and everything else will be my work.
Obviously, I'll give credit.
