idk why, but I just had this urge to create a tumblr blog for my neeneeko-chan. At first I was more so like "why am I doing this, this is pointless, i really should finish her next cover, uuugghhh now I remember why i hated starting out on tumblr, god this looks so ugly, who would even like this, i srsly need to get a life". Then after a half hour my mind started to become more optimistic and really really eager to make it and then after I got done I was just all excited with it lol
When I first joined tumblr it was with the intention of being an ask blog, haha, but it became a personal blog after about a week.
I currently run a lot of RP blogs though! Being about a 4 or 5 on the scale of new to ultimate pro, I can offer some tips for your blog design.
I think you'll first need to decide what the main focus of the blog is. Will it be a roleplay/ask blog focusing on your UTAU or will it be a hub for you to post your UTAU works? You made a good choice in going for a theme with a lot of links, but if you want it to be mainly about your UTAU, those links should be things like profile information, relationships, appearance, etc. Then you can make an OOC page for a brief bio on the mun (name/pronouns/timezone), some rules/guidelines for the kind of rp/asks you'll be doing, and links to all of your other utau stuff that isn't related to Neeneeko.
There could be a bit more unity in the color scheme, because at the moment it seems to be a haphazard collection of cute colors. I like the main pinkness, the green post background, and the sakura trees. If it fits your UTAU, perhaps a pastel spring-themed color scheme would work well?
Your sidebar description is a bit long, and I'd suggest cutting it down to essentials and directing people towards about/rules pages.

Your background music is beautiful, but I'd suggest either having an autoplay warning or disabling autoplay. I personally find it only a minor inconvenience when two tabs start making sound at once, but others will appreciate not having sudden noise.

oh wow, thanks for all the tips! It is mainly to focus on NeeNeeko. I'm still new to more character rp/ ask blogs, so that's a slight bit of a doozy for me. I mainly made it to help make her more noticeable (and appreciated?? xD ) and to entertain what little fans she has :3
