It has to be 100x100px and it has to be a .bmp file!

It can also work as a 100 by 100 JPG this worked for me when BMP didn't

I had trouble with it too. I had my 100 x 100 bmp image and I had to copy Defoko's character info onto the character.txt for mine and change the name and source for the image to match mine.

and you have to have the photo routed to the character txt file
