(FIXED) Can't open .rar USTs, help!

When I go to file and click open, I can't find the .rar USTs I downloaded at all. This didn't happen to the .ust ones though. How do I fix this?

You have to unpack the .rar files, they're compressed like .zip files. I recommend using 7zip
