Frequency tracer isn't working with me

Hello. So I downloaded frequency tracer, because I wanted to copy the pitches and the like from a cover to make my jinriki UTAU sound more human (Specifically this one: ). I'm covering Imitation Black, which I know is a tall order due to there being three singers, but I particularly wanted to trace the frequency of "壊れてしまうのなら" before the chorus started, which is sung only by one singer.
So I used freqtracer... and ended up with this mess.

The key is jumping all over the place. Um... So what happened here? I ran the song through PhonicMind, which was pretty good at removing the background music, so I don't think it's that.
