Help with adding singers to Open Utau software

I just downloaded open utau and the Yokune Ruko (male) VB and for some reason it keeps saying "No singers" when ever I try to change the singer in the software. I'm realitivly new to utau so please dumb it down for me <3

Did you drag the .zip file into OpenUTAU?

Also, you’ll need to set the phonemizer to Japanese VCV for Ruko to work.
