I recommend exporting your project as WAV (separate tracks, not mixdown) and bringing all the vocal tracks and instrumental into a DAW for mixing.

If you don't already have one (eg. GarageBand is included with Mac) then you can browse this list of options.

If you just need it for reference while you work, you can usually just drag and drop the file or go to file > import audio, but for the final product definitely do what kiyoteru said
