It might not be necessary to find a UST that's specifically in hiragana.
If you're using a CV bank with hiragana files, it would be worth going into the OTO and aliasing them in romaji, if it's not already done.
There's also an excellent converter plugin known as romakana switch, which I believe is included in the Essential UTAU Toolkit.
